I have the premium family plan, issue using simultaneously.

I have the premium family plan, issue using simultaneously.

My husband's account is not affected, but my daughters account seems to be merged with mine, even though she was set up with her own email and number. She and I cannot use spotify at the same time.

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I’d recommend double-checking which account is logged in on each device (you can do that from the Spotify app’s settings under Account), and making sure that everyone is using their own Spotify account — not just sharing the same one.

 

If needed, you can also head to your account page and check who’s currently on your plan under “Manage your plan.” That might help clear things up.
