'No account linked to email'

I have a spotify account linked to an email of mine in which I have 3 months free premium. I randomly got logged out and when I try to log back in it says no account linked to my email or my username.....but when I go on my email I still have the old emails from when it confirmed my premium subscription purchase. No matter what I do it will always say no account linked, I've tried password reset but still says same line...what do I do??? It's got a bank account linked too, due to pay for next subscription when trial ends, what is this, its ridiculous.

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you get back into the account. 

 

You mentioned that you received the confirmation emails for the subscription, but have you received other emails notifying you about the account, such as password resets, login attempts, etc.? Check for those and if there are any signs of foreign access, refer to these steps. If there aren't any such notifications, then the most likely cause for the login not working would be if your account has been disabled. This means that it still exists, but logging in isn't possible. Refer to these steps on how you can get your account back.
