Hey there!

 

Could you tell us more about your issue?
What are you referring to by having restored your Spotify? Has the account been flagged for deletion or are you referring to you having installed your app anew?
And when you say that you're unable to listen to songs, do you mean on demand or at all? We'd also like to know if you're getting any error messages.

Aside from this though, if you've signed up for Premium, you should have received an email confirmation. In case you're only seeing a free tier of the app make sure you're logging in with that email. 

In case you do have Premium when you log in but your playlists from a past usage of Spotify are missing, this might mean that you've enabled Premium on a new account, instead of your old one. Take a look at this FAQ if this is so - it contains steps for locating secondary Spotify accounts 🙂
