I just take the 1 eur promotion for 3 mounths and get charged for 1 mounth

I just see this promotion and apply https://www.spotify.com/es/premium/ (3 mounths for 1 eur) and appley.

When i enter in my acount in payments it said that i have premiun for one mouth and the renew is for 12 of december and they chrage me 9,9 eur i just cancel my premiun suscription but i want my money back for decenver mounth.

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.

It has happened just the same to me. Maybe everything is just a mistake but it is not serious the way Spotify shows the screens once you get the promotion of 0,99€ for 3 months. It all seems you are paying 9,99€ per month.

I have sent an email to support service and hope to have an answer soon, otherwise I will never become a premium user.

Yes I did. Spotify recognised the mistake that was sending mails to people who had already been premium before and therefor they don´t have access to the promotion. Finally my money was refunded.  Regards.
