I just want to cancel my subscription and stop account debit.

I just want to cancel my subscription and stop account debit.

I have found directions on how to cancel my subscription, but when I go where directed, there is no option there for me to cancel it. I am very frustrated and would like to stop the debit from my account and cancel my subscription. How do I do this?

Thanks for contacting me. I have tried this link... many times today. When I go there it does not give me an option for canceling; all I see is upgrade to premium. When I log in, I can get in through Facebook, not just signing in. This was done so long ago I don't remember anything and my son probably did it anyway. Is there anything I can send in writing to cancel subscription and stop debit to my account? Thanks so much for helping!

Have you already cancelled your Spotify subscription but still being charged?

I am having the same issue. There is no option to cancel when I go to this page. I don't even remember signing up. 

What other option is ther to cancel and look into refund also?

I get it charged for the free subscription. This **bleep** is bogus, they say there is nothing to do. Well im sick of paying 6 bucks twice a month because there was "an accidental charge" and they "cant fing whats going wrong." If you know how to change this, please let me know!

I did try the support webform and response I received back was to use this community forum. Going round in circles and just want to stop being charged for something I don't want.

If you receive a No-Reply email that says to check out the FAQ or Community just reply to that email and Spotify support will contact you.

Support usually takes 24-48 hours to reply.
