Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.


By saying that you're paying but your Premium is not active, you got us thinking that you might be logged into another account that doesn’t have Premium at all. Can you please double check that? In order to do that, go ahead and view your plan and payments on your  account page, under Your plan. 

If you are not seeing Premium there, but you know you're subscribed to it, can you try locating your other account with the steps here?
