I'm trying to enter my new bank card in my account but it won't work

My card was hacked and it got cancel so i got a new card today trying to enter new information to pay for Spotify

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

Try updating your payment details from an incognito/private tab on your browser or from a different device, following these steps. If that doesn't help, we recommend making sure your payment details meet these requirements.

 

Lastly, if you're still unable to do it, we'd suggest contacting our Support Team so they can help you with that.

I lost my card for the 2nd time and have applied for a new card. I will receive it next week and can then establish if the new card is capable
