Email apears as used but at the same time says it doesnt exist

apparently my email seems to be in the limbo. I closed my account, but now that I wanted to create a new one with the same email as the one that was closed. but it says that the email is already in use with that account.


what do I have to do in order to resolve this?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

We can confirm it might take up to 30 days for an email address to be newly available and used to create a Spotify account if this email was previously associated with another account which was closed. 

 

To avoid waiting, you can create a new Spotify account with a different email address.
