They charged me $9.99 and I can't use Spotify offline, why can't I?

Hi!

If you haven't already, you're supposed to download the songs/albums/playlists you want to be able to hear offline! After that it should let you listen offline! (:

No I tried it doesn't let me use the saved music offline !!!!

Did you press turn on the download button or did you just press save? When you save music it just saves to your music online. When you download it saves it offline.
