I need help!!

I want to delete my accounts.. I signed up via facebook but then wanted my account via email but as my email address was already used I put in my old one in but I now cant access it!! I would like them both deleted so that I can make one without facebook but your help emails go to my hotmail account which I can no longer access!! what can I do
