I paid for premium but it did not reflect.

I paid for premium but it did not reflect.

I paid for premium account today and got a confirmation message from my bank that the payment went through to spotify but I still have no premium features. I only has one account so there is no chance of being logged into the wrong account. I would like some help on this.

Can you check if there's a receipt for your purchase here? If there isn't, the charge you're seeing might just be a pending one.


A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.

If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company 🙂

hi, I paid for premium spotify (premium for duo) using the paypal account to which my Ukrainian card was linked. The PayPal account was Polish, and the region from which I paid for the premium was Ukrainian. that is, the PayPal account is Polish, but the card and payment region are Ukrainian. Because of the Polish region, after payment, I was given an error asking me to switch to the Polish payment region. but the money was withdrawn, that is, the premium was paid, but I not received the service.
