I pay for premium since years and now I only get the Free version.

I pay for premium since years and now I only get the Free version.

Nothing has changed, I only didnt use spotify for about 5 weeks, because of a holliday.

When you log in at https://spotify.com/account, does it say you're on Free or Premium there? 🙂

I'm having a similar issue, I got a new phone and redownloaded all my apps as old phone was broken and couldn't do smart switch.when i logged into Spotify  now when it says I'm not premium because I think I'm still logged in on my old device which is broke and can't log out

It sounds like you're logged in another account, which is on the free service. You can check out this really useful article for some tips on how to find the account you're looking for.
