No puedo actualizar a plan familiar

Quiero cambiar mi cuenta de spotify al plan familiar pero al momento de presionar el boton que dice "Comenzar a usar plan familiar premium" no pasa nada simplemente sigo en la misma cuenta si me podrian ayudar gracias

RockStars and RisingStars have seen problems with the Spotify Premium for Family Subscription service over the past 12 hours.

At the moment all Community Stars do not know what is causing this problem.

We're currently waiting for a update from staff regarding the matter.

Hello, Spotify won't let me update my premium family plan since it tells me that I don't meet the requirements, I have always had the family plan and now it won't authorize me, how can I solve it?
