i purchase student promo for php700 plus something last January or February but now as of 11:03 pm in the Philippines i open my spotify app then i can't access now my spotify premium for 1 year i don't know what is the problem. And my concern is why can't access my premium account because in the 1st place i pay student promo for 1 year but now i can't access my premium account????  😡😡😡. i hope you can help me plsssss.

Let's check if you have multiple Spotify accounts following these suggestions. You might be logging in the wrong account.

To clear things out about the discount, it's a monthly subscription, which means you'll be charged once every month for it. Right now, there isn't a way to pay up front for a full year of the student discount.

If you only have one account, you can log in here to check if a receipt was generated for this month. If you weren't charged for the discount this month and your account went back to Free, you can resubscribe here.
