I really need help!

Hi!

I just bought a Pre-Paid Spotify Premium 1 Month card.

But when i typed in the code, and pressed "Choose" on the Pemium.

The internet broke down, when i went on Spotify.com again, it said that i am using "Free"

And when i try typing the code back in, it says that i have reached som kind of "Premium Limit"?

HELP!

For problems like this you should directly message the customer service with this contact form.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi,

 

I have had a look at your account and can see that it is now Premium.  Could you please try restarting the application and then see if you can login to the Premium?
