I received an email from Spotify to update the app. is it pishing ?

I have to click on a link to update the app. Is it pishing or is it a real mail from Spotify ?

Thanks for reaching out. Usually emails are not sent by us for updating the app, and even then they shouldn't contain links to download anything. If you wish to update the app, just do it through the app itself on Desktop or through the Play Store/App Store on mobile. As for the email, have a look at this article to make sure it's phishing and if it is, report it as shown there.
