I think I’ve been hacked and don’t know what to do? Please help

I’ve been using Spotify premium for a few months now and have been loving it. However, today when I went on the app it looked as though someone had logged me out to so i tried logging back in but whenever I do I either go back to my old account. I’ve even tried resetting my password but that hasn’t worked either. Please help me urgently I don’t understand what’s happened.
