Someone meddled with my spotify (hacked or found out pw) and deleted all my songs

Recently there has been someone playing songs on my spotify and at first I thought it was some kind of flaw with Spotify because it was only Despacito. For weeks I kept seeing despacito in recently played but I never listened to it. I did check then to see if there was some other device using spotify but I found none and signed out everywhere just to be sure. Now someone has deleted every song I had saved over the years and made a new list. And I can see an android phone listed as devices.

So my questions are: Can I get my previous songs back and can I find out some code that the phone has so I can find out who he/she is?
