I just upgraded, but I'm still getting ads and have the "upgrade" button above. It's pretty lame that this is the experience I have after paying money. Any ideas?

1229405372 - your account is definitely on Premium. If it still won't show up after a reinstall, please get in touch through our contact form

+1 having the same problem. I'm guessing i have duplicate accounts set up, but I have no clue how to tell the difference between my fb linked account and my non-linked
Edit: for reference -- when i go to my subscription management page via the web, it shows i have a premium subscription, but logging into spotify app on windows still has ads and "ugrade" link.
Have you solutioned this problem? Because I wanted to try the service but after two days...the player didn't recognize the subscripcion

Same problem for me.
Payed for Unlimited, and subscription status says that I have Unlitmited until 2012-05-30.
But but the player doesn't recognize the updated subscription.
Tried to re-install player in windows. Also tried in several different computers.
