I've lost all my playlists

Hi all. Few weeks ago, I deleted my fb account. After that, I used Spotify normally, but then , one day, it said I needed to log in with my fb details. So I recovered the account, logged in with it, and now all my music have dissapeared, all my playlists gone. When I try to recover them, the only playlist that shows up is not even mine. I've tried everything. Please help
