Hey guys,
i hope you can help me. I've bought Premium but haven't seen that it wasn't connecting with my Facebook Account. It has connected with the Account from my Ex. Can I get the Money via Paypal back? If that possible?

I'd suggest you get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff so that they can look into this for you. To do that, you can either use their twitter handle @SpotifyCares or by using the contact form. After you've sent the form, if you receive an automated reply directing you back to the help pages, make sure to reply to it even if it's a no-reply. Support usually gets back within 24-48 hours.
