I want to access the account of my recently deceased partner

He is on my Family plan and I just want to be comforted by listening to the music he liked, but I can't find his profile when I search for it and I don't have his password.

Sorry to hear your partner's loss. You can see what accounts have access to your Premium for Family going to your account page and clicking on "manage".

Unfortunately it looks as if it will only allow me to delete him rather than gain access to his account. Ideally I want to login.

Ok, the good thing is that now you know the e-mail address he used to log in to his Spotify account. Do you have access to it?

When you access you account page and then click "manage", are you able to see his username? Thanks 🙂

Yes it is Andrew Harris but that's quite a generic name and I can't find
him

That's ok, do you have access to his Facebook account? That would help a lot. Also, can you check if you are currently following him or if you're being followed by him? You can do that from you profile page in the Spotify app. Hope this helps, keep me posted 🙂
