I want to link my mobile number and email but couldn't add

While adding my email it says "this mail is taken" how can someone take my mail

Hi there,

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

 

It seems like you might have created a Spotify account before with your email.

 

In this case we suggest that you reset your password here to get access to the current account. You can then delete the account and wait up to 30 days for the email address to be released from the system and then add it to your current Spotify account.

My Question or Issue

I have a family account.  One of my accounts is called 'Echo' and used for playing music through Amazon Alexa - I don't want music played on here affecting any other accounts hence a separate account.

 

I want to add this account to another service - however I can't remember which of my emails it sits under and I can't find anyway to find the email address.  Is there someway I can see the email of address either from Alexa app etc (as it's the only place the account is logged in) or through my account as the family plan manager.
