I was charged for family packet but I didn't receive the confirmation

I was charged for family packet but I didn't receive the confirmation

I have submit the payment by credit card for a family package, I receive the confirmation by credit card company but the proccess did not finished. I've tried two times and I was cherged 2 times, but did not work.

Hey @EduardoTerzario,

 

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase?
 

In it, it shows the Spotify username you paid for:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

 

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.
 
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
