I was charged twice and I would like to get a refund

I was charged twice and I would like to get a refund


I use Spotify student and spotify charged my card 9.99, I then realized my Spotify student account expired so immediately I registered as a student that same day. I am still a student and Spotify had said they would not charge again however it is now March and I'm charged 4.99 as a student that 9.99 should have rolled over I would like a refund for this month

Hey @llorine93! Welcome to the cool kids club (AKA the Spotify Community).

 

 

First, did those payments come out of your account on the same day? If so you probably just hit the upgrade button more than once (and both payments were credited to your account). You can double check this by going to your Subscription Page and confirming your next payment date is more than 1 month away.
