So before making an account for spotify, I made a great playlist of songs, I decided id make an account and buy the monthly features. As I made the account I realized that my playlist did not follow me through the process, and is now long gone. I am very disappointed because I took my time to make my perfect playlist. If there is any way I can retrieve my playlist, id gladly upgrade my account. -Joe

Playlists should remain on your account no matter what subscription tier you are on, are you definitely logged into the correct account.

It's worth checking the recovery page on your online account too just incase you deleted it:

No this did not help, I have already checked for recovery. My playlist is lost, I plan on going back to pandora because this is annoying me.

If all of your playlists appear to be lost you have a duplicate account issue. It's worth trying the steps over in this topic and/or getting in touch using the link if you are still having issues:
