I wish i could just email someone instead of using this ridiculous post thing.

I have been making payments to spotify since october and i had no confirmation that my subscription went through. spotify didn't even work for me after a bit and i had no idea i was making payments until this month. i'd like a refund of everything i paid into this service that i don't even use. please let me know how i can do that.

Hey @UppityPaul,

 

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email. They usually respond within 48 hours!
