I would like my money back please

I would like my money back please

I tried to sign up for the student Spotify but it wouldn't confirm I was a student, I tried this twice but to no avail. But I looked at my bank account and I was charged both times. Now I just want my money back.

Hi there!

 

This looks like an issue to bring up with Spotify Support. You can do so here.

 

We here on the community forums can't issue refunds, but if you want general advice with Spotify we are your people!

Hi @Jackwagon5643,

 

If your account shows as Free on the Subscription page, can you try checking how the charges show on your bank statement?  

 

If they're pending/pre-auth/processing, this could explain things: https://support.spotify.com/article/pending-charges/.
