Student Discount

I tried signing up for a student discount account and it said that it could not locate me being a student. Now i see i am being charged TWICE the student discount price, but after checking both accounts (i have one with my student email thinking it would help show i am a student) it says that i am still in the free subscription. SO can someone please cancel it or do i call the bank and cancel it there since spotify does not have support number. (SO ANNOYING)

If you haven't received two receipts for the purchases via Email, they're very likely just pending charges.
