Ideal payment not showing up on account

Ideal payment not showing up on account

Last week I paid by Ideal because my credit card payment failed. money got deducted from my bank account, however because of a crappy internet connection the last step of linking back to the Spotify website failed and now the payment is not recognized in my account. 

 

How can I now contact spotify to prove that I already paid the amount?

You can't, the support team will ignore all of your requests like they did mine.
