If I cancel my subscription do I lose premium immediately

If I cancel my subscription before my three months are over does that mean I lose the subscription straight away. Because I wanted to just buy it now and cancel the next payments so I don't have to worry about it just in case I forget.

Cancelling your subscription will revert your account to the Free ad-based service after any remaining Premium time runs out.
