Impossible to connect and control Spotify from Android to windows

Hi

I'm using Spotify some few months now.  For me it's really nice to control my music's (so Spotify too) from my Android phone to pass to next song or control the volume. But since 1st January, it's impossible to do this. I open Spotify in Windows then in my phone but Spotify connects and see my phone for a sec. Then it disconnects itself and again one second later it reconnects and disconnects and...

It's like this for a week and this is really annoying. 

I don't know why, neither how to fix it. Any helps about this issue?

If I'm not clear about my past please warm me, I'll try to explain better. 

I changed my password, uninstalled and installed many times but there is still this problem

Let's try a quick reinstallation first. You can read here how. This will make sure that all your devices are on the latest version of Spotify. Make sure all your devices are connected to the same WiFi network as well.
