Impossible!!

It's very sad that there are so many complaints about customers paying for Spotify service, yet being only registered for free service. Secondly, it appears to be impossible to CANCEL ones account, the excuse? ' you have a second account' I can assure you I do not. It's now 3 months trying to cancel payments from an account Spotify itself states is free. Impossible huh?
Feeling rather fed up and reluctant to recommend anyone gets involved here, when you do have problems? You cannot actually directly communicate with anyone.....they keep taking the money though!! Please cancel my account!!!!! The frustrating thing is, this is a problem for Spotify but of course one they appear to be reluctant to rectify.......wonder why?

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
