My Question or Issue

I tried to redeem my free code and they said it had already been used, so Google cancelled the order and told me to contact Spotify to obtain a new code. I have looked for an email address for Spotify but haven't been able to find one.

I'm having the same issue. I was able to contact someone through the Spotify chat. They sent me an email with a couple of things to try - like clearing cache/history and using the Incognito mode in Chrome. Still having the same issue of an error message with code already redeemed. The last email I received said sorry, we can't issue you an new code. Very frustrating.
