Installation of app

I have tried the recommended solutions for installing the app when it keeps telling me that "all of my devices are incompatible" getting to the point of cancelling my account all together. How do I get hold of Spotify?

So when you go to the Play Store and try to install the app it won't download?

It tells me that the app is incompatible with all my devices even though my wife had Spotify on the same phone previously.

That sounds weird. Is it an old Android version? Which version is it?

Have you tried to clear the data and cache for Google Play Store?
