Hello everyone,

I have a big problem. Currently I am on my Exchange in Austria, normally I study in the Netherlands. However, I am German and it seems that this a problem for Spotify. I want to get Spotify Student and I have a proof of enrollment from my Dutch as well as from the Austrian University. But I do have a German credit card! Spotify tells me to go to the German page after I tiped in my credit card information, but obviously I cannot find my university in there! How can I still get Spotify Student - also it possible to get Spotify Student in Germany, the Netherlands and Austria!

If you’re enrolled with an institution that’s eligible with Spotify's student discount, you can take advantage even if you’re abroad. 

However, your account’s country settings need to match the country of your university, and your payment method needs to have also been issued in this same country. For help with this, check out our guide to country settings. You unfortunately won't be able to claim the student discount if you don't have a payment method that's been issued in the same country.
