I have an account under the name of Tiegsy10 which I pay premium for every month. I want to add in my student discount but I can't log in as I don't remember the password and the email has become no longer of use so I can't access the change password links! Need help urgently!!! This sounds like something the folks at Spotify could help you with 🙂 Just reach out to @SpotifyCares or use the online contact form. In the second case, just make sure to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages after you've sent the form, even if it's a no-reply.  They usually get back withing 24-48 hours.

I also have a premium account, I accidently entered my email incorrectly and have forgotten the password. I have contacted spotify several times and asked them to email my real account email. But as of yet I havent heard a single thing. I am getting quite frustarated with not being able to talk to a single person at the wretched company, and I am still paying for a service I can't even access! What do I do? I far as I can tell I have no other options?
