Invited guest signing into Duo

My Question or Issue- when my husband received my invitation to join Premium Duo we thought that he should enter MY username and password- so he is now signed into mine, but that doesn’t give him DUO access and prevents me from using Spotify at the same time!  HELP! How does he now get his access to our Duo account separately from my username?  Thanks- and BTW- the invite should explicitly state ‘create your OWN username and password’

Thanks for reaching out.

When he accesses the invite link, he either has to sign into his existing account (if he has one) or create a new account 🙂

Once he does that, it should work without any issues.
