Hey!

 

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

I can imagine how frustrating it is getting double charged.

 

You might have two different Spotify accounts subscribed to Premium. Could you think of any other email addresses or log in methods you could've used to create a secondary account (e.g. Facebook, Apple, phone number)?

 

You can try logging in with those alternative details and check your plan profile to confirm the subscription.

 

If you're able to find a separated Premium account, here are the steps to cancel Premium plans.

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

 

If you're getting charged twice, it probably means you're paying more than one account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.
