Is someone else using my account?

So, it started when random playlists of songs were being added. Playlists such as "Songs for Davide". I kept deleting them, but they always returned after a few days.

Now, while at work and using the Web Player, I noticed that the albums "Butterfly Effect" by Mr Rain and "Hope" by Tobu had been added to saved albums in "Your Music"

Then, while listening to a playlist of mine, the song stopped halfway through and a song from one of these albums started playing, and a notification popped up saying it was being played from a device "Huawei P8 Lite 2017"

I log in through Facebook and have changed my Facebook password when all this started.

Please help, I'm worried.  Thanks 🙂
