Is there a Maximum # of devices in a Premium for Family subscription?

My family of four currently shares my Premium membership but between all our iPods, iPads and iPhones, the cap of downloading music onto a maximum of three devices is a huge headache to manage. 

We are considering the Premium for Family subscription. All the documentation says that will enable me and five family members to each have Premium membership BUT it doesn't say anywhere if there is a maximum number of devices. 

Does anyone know if there's a cap on total number of devices for downloading music in a Premium Family membership?

That is a good question 🙂 In a Premium for Family plan as you correctly found out, each family member will have their own Premium account and as such, each Premium account will have the limit of downloading up to 3,333 songs per device, on a maximum of 3 different devices.
