Is there a customer service number for spotify as I keep getting charged and told them by email last

I am so angry you cannot beleive.
I cancelled my premium account on spotify last month and still getting charged
Is there a number I can sort this out on??? I can't beleive theres no customer service numbers? I emailed last month and they said they change it but they didn't and Ive had enough as I can't afford this each month

Unfortunately not, there's only the contact form.

if you let me know your 8 digit case reference number(s) I'll escalate them to the staff for you so they can sort this out.

Hi,

 

You should have received an automated reply to the contact form you sent. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, or try submitting another one (or this one where you can personalise the email). There is an 8 digit number somewhere in that email, copy and paste that one here.

Just read through my emails from last month. They deleted the £12.99 that came out of my account but not the £9.99 I would be grateful if you could sort this out thank you

I'm still getting charged the £9.99 a month from spotify just to clarify. my actually spotify account is set as 'free' and I can't download music or shuffle playlist. I want it to remain free and get my money back from the last 2 months
