Trouble logging in

I havnt been able to log into my Spotify account for 6 days. I have been paying my monthly Spotify subscription and now whenever i try to log in it tells me i either don't have an account or i put in the wrong username or password. I use facebook so i know both the username and password are correct. And when i try to create a new account using my facebook it says I already have an active account.

I have also tried changing my password and that hasn't worked either
