Is there an actual customer service number for Spotify?

I am paying for 2 premium subscriptions. My Granddaughter's phone was stolen and i would like to cancel that one. cannot find a customer service number. the one that appears on my bank statement is not valid

Unfortunately, Spotify doesn't provide any customer service over the phone. The first thing I recommend doing is asking your granddaughter if she has tried getting back into her account by following these steps yet.

I'm having the same issue. All the sudden on my bank statement here's another Spotify change. Glad to know someone else is having the same problem. Time to change my cc.

Trying to find my longin account

I had to update my account with a new credit card and both of my boys could get back on but it would not let me.  I have my username & password, but it will not let me get it back on my phone.  I get the email for me to enter the code, but the code will not work and it keeps sending me in a loop. The app is there, but it will not let me get added can you please help.  I do not know if I need to try an different email and/or delete the app and re add it and start over with a new username and password?
