Is there an alternative to the last 4-digit of your payment card?

My account got disabled and I don't have access to the last 4-digits of the payment card used.

If that's one of the requested information from customer support to verify your account ownership, you'll need to provide it if you'd like to regain access to your account.

You could also ask them if there's another way to verify the account ownership, but this might be the only method.
