Isn't Spotify interested in my real name?

I've got an account since 2016 that I've been using on and off. I think it is cool the possibility of searching for friends and share music with them, but I just realised that my real name isn't displayed anywhere. I just have a nickname. I saw that people can connect they Facebook and share their personal data from there, but I don't use Facebook either I have a Facebook account at all. So without an Facebook account is really not possible to share my real name at all?

You could change your display name if you have access to Android device. 

To change your display name:

1. Tap Home , then Settings .
2. Tap View profile.
3. Tap EDIT PROFILE.
4. Tap your display name to change it.
   Tip: You can also add or change your profile photo here. 
5. Tap Save.

If it's not possible for you to access an Android device to change the display name and you're not interested in having a Facebook profile either, you can create a new account and enter a preferred display name during the sign up in the "What should we call you?" field. 

If you'd like to transfer your content to the new account, you can follow the steps provided here. 

Keep in mind that you'll need a different email address to create a new account, at least temporarily, because it might take up to 30 days to close your account permanently and free the email associated with it.

Well, no, I do not have an Android device and not counting on having one in a near future. Anyway, I will skip this whole thing. Thank you for the answer.
