Issues paying my subscription

Hi,

I have troubles with my pay I have try all possibilities and nothing happends. It says that maybe there are troubles with onecction between my bank and spotify.

 

Can you help me?

Please try again using another browser in you computer. Don't forget to clear the cache before you do it.

It didn't help. I've try in chrome, safari and it just don't work. What
else I can do, I've tried with Master card and AMEX. I've called the bank
and my credit card is all right. Please help

Is this the first time you try paying for Premium?

 

Does the billing address match your country settings?

 

Are your cards good for online and recurring payments?

It's not my first time, I've been with spotify for almost a year or more
and this is the first time I have issued paying. My cards are OK for online
and recurrent charges, I pay Netflix with the same card without any
trouble. I don't know what happened this time

Well, if the country of your payment card matches the one in your Spotify profile, and you have cleared the cache of your browsers before trying again, my only sugestion is that you to get in touch with our Accounts team from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username and they will take a closer look at this.
