Issues with Subscription

Hello,

 

I am getting quite frustrated because I went for the free trial, then noticed that I could not listen to music on my devices, so then decided to get the subscription, Both receipts are in the account but I am still classed as a free user when the 9.99 have been charged to my account, so I am a paying customer of Spotify Premium!

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey Nisai, welcome to the Community.

 

Your Spotify account connected to your Community profile hasn't had a subscription since January of this year, but you did update payment details on it earlier today.

 

If a payment definitely left your account it suggests you have a second account somewhere. Get in touch here and one of our support team will get back to you as soon as they can. If you get an automated response, reply back to it directly.
