Issues with joining the Family Premium

unfortunately, I cannot log in to the family premium anymore. Apparently, my account could not have been verified when I tried to join. Can somebody help, please? 🙂

Hey @PL96.

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address, as stated on the T&Cs.

If you don't live in the same address and couldn't verify this information, you won't be able to join the plan anymore. However, you can get the regular Premium subscription here.
