Issues with logging in...I'm using the correct email and password....

I am using the correct email and password to log in however it keeps telling me it's incorrect. When I try to reset the password it tells me to reset it through Facebook which I have done twice already. I need to cancel my premium subscription before it starts charging me. HELP!!!

This happened to me too. It coud be because your email address may not be the same as your username.
